Flexibility

 

Flexibility plays an important part in well rounded fitness program. The object of flexibility training is to improve the range of stretch and motion of the antagonistic muscles, those that determine the amount of flexibility in our bodies.  The ability to move a joint through an adequate range of movement is important for daily activities as well as all types of athletics.
